Self Cleaning Ovens

It's a bit cheeky, but if anyone reading this has any idea what you do with a self-cleaning oven that is still not clean after it has done its self-cleaning bit, please could they tell me. All the oven cleaning products say 'do not use on self-cleaning ovens' and ours badly needs something extra!
Thanks in frustration and advance.

I've never had a self-cleaning oven, but when we looked in the handy Consumer Reports guide to all sorts of household cleaning, the advice under ovens was "don't".

If you can't scrape it off, don't worry about it, just open the windows when you use the oven and it'll take care of itself. Most of those oven cleaners aren't a good idea to use if you have lungs or if they might get on food or skin.

You could try some 'natural' cleaning products, like cider vinegar?
