House for Sale - good fannish potential

In North Cadbury, Somerset, just 2 minutes from the A303 and a few miles from Castle Cary, a bungalow is for sale.

I would very much appreciate, if you have time to read this, passing the details on to anyone you know who might be house hunting in the area. We picked the best of the local estate agents, but their standard adverts don't seem to be able to tell potential buyers why they might actually want to view this property. Which is why I'm writing this.
