Subtitled "A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability". Krug is still at it: the third edition was published in 2014.

Short book with short chapters that does what it says on the tin. Krug is based in the US and uses US examples. Not a problem, though there a few places where recognising the reference would probably have helped internalise his point.

Takeaways:
- Ask two questions: What is this website for? And where do I click?
- Take away the words.
- Beware bells and whistles.
- Test with a few users, early and often.

A good use for two hours. Book found in a pile, no idea where I got it from, now goes to charity shop.
