Breakfasts

Third in series.

Smoked cod fillet in a parsley and black pepper cream sauce, on toast. Very tasty.

Mostly I eat muesli with yoghurt and fruit or some variation on bacon and eggs - three in a row that are not those is unusual.

That sounds rather delicious. Do you have a recipe for it? I could quite fancy making it...

Smoked cod fillets from Lidl, flaked.
Standard thick white sauce (flour and milk - Brian used oat milk btw as we are a non-dairy household), seasoned to taste with parsley and black pepper.
Stir the flaked fish into the sauce.
Pour over toast and serve.
